If your ISEE membership has expired or expires anytime between now and the end of December, we encourage you to renew now. ISEE membership includes a one year subscription to the journal “Epidemiology”.
The membership list will be checked to confirm eligibility. Registration confirmation will be delayed if you are not a member.
Non-member rates are available for persons who are not current members of ISEE.
Members Developing Country reduced rates are available to members currently residing in developing countries as classified by the World Bank as “Low income,” “Lower Middle Income,” or “Upper Middle Income” in the World Development Report.
Students rates are available to full-time, currently enrolled students (please provide evidence of full time status by sending a scan of student ID to the .

Your ticket to the Welcome Reception is included in a full registration fee as per the details below, however you must indicate your attendance at the function at the time of registration.
The Backyard BBQ is a great Australian tradition and past time. Come along to meet and socialise with your fellow peers in an informal setting at the ISEE 2017 SNRN social event, and experience an aspect of Australian culture!
A full ‘Aussie’ inspired BBQ meal will be provided, including red and white meat options, salads and breads. Vegetarian and vegan options will also be available on request, as well as options for other specialised diets. Please indicate below if you would like to request a specialised meal.
A selection of ‘traditional’ and ‘novel’ Australian foods will be available on the menu to taste including Vegemite (a spread), Tim-Tams (chocolate biscuits) and Lamingtons (cake)! All attendees will also be entitled to one drink (choice of alcoholic or non-alcoholic). Additional drinks can be purchased at the bar. Entertainment will be provided.

The ISEE 2017 Conference Secretariat has confirmed rooms at nearby hotels for the benefit of conference participants. You are encouraged to secure your accommodation when you register to ensure that you receive competitive rates, negotiated for the Conference. Registrations received by 23 June 2017 must be paid in full by 23 June 2017 in order to receive the early bird registration rate.
Deadline: 25 July 2017
Cancellations must be notified in writing (e-mail is sufficient) to the Conference Secretariat. Cancellations made by 25 July 2017 will result in a full refund less $150 to cover administration costs. As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person by 25 July 2017 without incurring any cost penalty. The Conference Secretariat must be advised in writing of any alterations or transfers. Failure to obtain the appropriate visa to travel to Australia does not constitute a refund.
All best endeavours will be made to present the program as printed on this website. The conference organisers and its agents reserve the right to alter without prior notice, any of the arrangements, timetables, plans or other items relating to the meeting, for any cause beyond its reasonable control. The organising committee and conference organisers are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused as a result of such alteration. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the organising committee and conference organisers do not accept responsibility for loss of monies caused by delays. Participants are advised to take out personal travel insurance and to extend their policy to cover personal possessions. The Conference does not cover individuals against cancellations of bookings or theft or damage to belongings.
